Regional production : Alentejo Interior Extra virgin olive oil of superior grade obtained directly from olives by mechanical methods, and by cold extraction to keep all the original aromas of the fruits. Organic, from a biodynamic agriculture (Demeter certification). The specific maceration technique (olives and basil are mixed and pressed together) optimizes the natural flavours and aromas.
